Can I purchase right from your show room?
Yes, absolutely! We carry a large selection of flooring in store. You can walk in and walk out with the product you’ve been dreaming about the same day!
Can I special order product?
Yes, absolutely! We can special order any product for you. A 50% deposit is required for special orders (and is non-refundable.  Choose carefully!)
How can I check on the status of my order?

Jenkins Flooring strives to provide our customers with the most accurate information on product availability! Lead times on average can vary from 2 to 8 weeks depending on the supplier. If your purchase or project is time sensitive, it is strongly suggested you contact a flooring consultant to inquire about possible expedited shipping services or in stock options.

How long can you store my purchase?

This will depend on the season and the amount of product that needs to be stored. Please inquire with your flooring specialist.

What if my product arrives damaged?

Contact your flooring consultant and take photos.
